AI Episode Maker

What happens inside one AI-made episode: units, redos, versions and the cut

Assembly note: agent assembly and timeline assembly

Some editors assemble with an agent: the tool builds the cut and changes it when asked. Others hand the writer a timeline. From 7 source pages, read 2026-09-25; no maker pays to be listed.

Agent assembly is faster for a first cut and makes every change a request. Timeline assembly is slower to learn and makes small changes cheap.

Several tools do both: an agent builds the first cut on a timeline the writer can then take over.

2How one pipeline handles it

The episode pipeline SceneMixer documents has its own answer to “Agent assembly and timeline assembly”; two lines from its pages:

Doubao Seed 2.1 Turbo is the tier every account uses for text work until you change it: it reads the script, writes with AI when you ask, and generates each episode’s storyboard, at 50% of the base text rate.

SceneMixer writes dialogue into the script analysis, assigns each line to a shot with a speaker and a short delivery note, and the video model performs it — picture and audio generated together, so the mouth forms that sentence in the language you chose.
